Awesome day at the 2014 edition of the Island Cup - Vancouver Island Mountain Bike Race Series Cumberland Enduro! There was lots of action to be had over a very long course. At the last little surprise uphill of the last stage, more than a few riders said something along the lines of "My legs are cramping!"
